We designed the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for the renovated offices of HBG Design. This renovated the 23rd and 24th of this 1973 construction skyscraper of 31 stories at 396’. The building is referred to currently as the iBank Tower. The original perimeter induction reheat system along with perimeter and interior variable air volume reheat boxes were modified for the new exposed structural system making the mechanical systems part of the “atmosphere."
