We designed a water source heat pump system for this 9-story Madison Avenue building in Memphis near the Baseball Stadium. It provide retail, apartments, office space, with a penthouse luxury apartment with great views of a baseball game. The approximately 80,000 square foot building had been vacant for many years prior to this development.
