We designed the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for the LYFE KITCHEN and CHISCA BAR inside the Historic Chisca Building on 272 South Main Street. The challenges included grease exhaust to the roof with air-conditioning and makeup air systems for a building never intended for modern air conditioning systems. Space was a premium. The project design in Revit allowed close coordination of all items. The project was completed with Hnedak Bobo Group Architects.
