Considered the best luxury apartment in the heart of Downtown Memphis with a modern décor to match the modern mechanical system. We designed the HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for the major renovation of this high-rise 16-story former bank building. The HVAC system was one of the first variable refrigerant systems in Memphis using Mitsubishi City Multi equipment. The space includes indoor parking with a tunnel to the apartments and soaking tubs, in a Historic and Green Building.
